Impressed.

I don’t often promote products on here.

I also don’t often find myself this impressed by a product.

However, when I found myself calling Daryl in from the yard to show him how I could magically remove the stains from anything from my stainless steel/copper pots and pans, I knew I couldn’t keep this to myself.

It’s Bar Keeper’s Friend and it has stolen my heart!

Here, just let these photos speak to your soul.

Start: This Revereware pot had some super burnt spots on the beautiful copper bottom. It was such a shame, especially since I just got it a couple weeks ago!
I scrubbed with a scour pad, a washcloth, a scrub brush, soap, soft scrub, and every other chemical under my sink. Nothing worked.

Mid: I sprinkled a little magic powder on a damp rag and rubbed (not SCrubbed!) it on the bottom of this pot. See it half clean!

End: Voila!! The pot is completely and amazingly clean. It’s like the pot just came out of the box. I also used it on some little burn marks on the inside of another pot and it took it right off.

I’ve also been told it cleans crud off glasstop stoves like magic! Everyone I’ve mentioned this stuff to has loved it equally as much as I do. In fact, most people have found 3,203,349 other uses for it in their homes too! So do yourself a favor – if you have stainless steel pots/a glasstop stove/a stainless steel sink/hard water stains/a grill/a bathtub/silverware/a myriad of other stains and problem spots on things in your home – go order yourself a little dealie of this stuff. You won’t regret it.
Just FYI, I wasn’t paid, compensated, or hypnotized into writing this post. The makers of Barkeeper’s Friend have no idea who I am and will never care that I wrote a little over a paragraph worth of text about their product.
However, if you just so happen to be from that company and you’re reading this, and you would like to offer me some sort of compensation, please e-mail webmaster [at] southernmother [dot] com. (:
